Company at a glance

Commercial rope access experience since 2001

CCS was established in 2001 to provide a practical route to high, awkward and restricted work areas. The company focuses on commercial and industrial contracts rather than small domestic work.

What CCS does

Our work includes close visual inspections, façade and roofline repairs, glazing access, leak investigation, painting and coatings, brickwork and repointing, sealant replacement, rainwater-goods work, building cleaning, commercial pressure washing, anchor work and PPE inspection.

Who we work with

CCS works with facilities managers, building managers, property teams, surveyors, construction companies, commercial landlords and public-sector organisations that need safe access to a defined building task.

How projects are assessed

We review the building, work scope, roof access, rigging options, rescue provision, exclusion zones, materials and the required outcome before confirming the access method. Rope access is not forced onto work that would be better completed from scaffold, a MEWP or another system.

Experience supported by project evidence

Published project examples include a major HM Treasury programme in London involving the restoration of approximately 3,500 wooden sash windows, completed on time and within budget, alongside inspection, repair, cleaning and anchor-related work.
